Products are custom printed to order, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer

Shipping

This shop is headquartered in Australia; however, most items are manufactured and fulfilled by a third party in the region closest to the customer. For instance, most apparel for customers based in the United States is manufactured and shipped within the United States. This ensures quicker delivery times and allows customers to shop more locally.

Acceptable Exchanges

Exchanges will be offered for the following reasons:

  • Printing defect
  • Shipping damage
  • Wrong item sent

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with all of the following:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the item showing the issue

Orders returned without prior authorization will be lost, and not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Cancellations / Order Changes

Orders may be canceled or changed if the items have not yet gone into production. However, fulfillment is automated and immediate, so it is unlikely that there will be enough time to intercept an order once payment has been completed. Please keep this in mind when ordering, as it's very unlikely that we can make changes to an order after it enters the system.

Refunds

In the rare event that a refund is approved, please allow 2 weeks or more for the refund to process. Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.
