Samantha - Whistle from Middy Outfit

Authentic Samantha Whistle from the late 80's, possibly early 90's. Elastic isn't stretchy. May need to be replaced or at least have the knot re-tied.

Used vintage condition, and will not be pristine, so please look closely at photos. I am not the first owner, so item may have been around pets at some point.
